Such a great find! We popped in for our first coffee post having a baby and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The coffee was and the waffles were even better, can’t recommend highly enough
delicious and fresh sandwiches, the pastries / treats were really delicious !! the waffles are so fresh and warm, literally melts in your mouth :') coffee is very well made too and is my favourite so far !! not bitter but not too sweet either, i love it ! 3
Dropped in for an experimental coffee visit and wasn’t disappointed. My parter had a flat white which wasn’t too overpowering and full of flavour and I had a chai latte which was lovely. The service was excellent we ordered a waffle to share and they went the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable. Will definitely be back. If I had to say one negative thing it would be the parking is quite limited but as coffee and canvas shares a car park with a number of independent businesses don’t let that discourage you!
Great little place, tucked away near the flower shop. Service was great, friendly atmosphere and quiet and relaxing. Panini with cheese dried tomatoes and pesto is worth trying. Loved it.
I had my baby shower here, Richard was incredible, the most helpful person ever who made organising so easy. I truly am grateful. The place, food, drinks and atmosphere was lovely A special day for me that will be remembered due to the care and professionalism at canvas and coffee. Highly recommended, will be back soon Thank you again
Lovely little place on the outskirts of beeston. Very calming, welcoming and friendly. Service and staff was exemplary. Very welcoming... "would be like going round to a close member of family for a catch up..." Coffee was lovely. I had a flat white followed by a decafe cappuccino. Food I had a chorizo, cheese and chilli mayo toasted chiabatta. Then the Belgiun waffle with ice cream, brownie and chocolate sauce. Food was lovely my only recommendation would be to use small chorizo sausages cut uo rather than salami style shop brought chorizo to add more chorizo flavour as the canasta was over powered by the cheese. However it was a lovely sandwich. Waffle was unbelievable. Very very tatsy and was just the right amount. Overall the venue was very relaxing and a lovely atmosphere. Great value for money. Think I may have found a new reading spot.
You can easily miss this great little cafe, tucked away at the bottom of Cator Lane. It's well worth finding. Coffee is excellent, panini are very tasty and some creative decor in a building that I remember as a builder's merchants many years ago.
Delicious waffles and coffee. It's a really nice coffee house, but not enough seating inside. Outside seating available if the weather is good.
